1. Finance Control Supervisor - (Job Code : FC SPV)

Qualifications :

• Female, 28-35 years old
• Bachelor Degree/Master Degree in Accounting/Finance/Banking, minimum GPA 3.00
• Minimum 5 years experience in the related fields is required for this position
• Experience in audit firm and or coal mining (preferable)
• Understanding PSAK and accounting systems
• Having experience with Invoice, Taxation, Journal Vouchers, Accounts Payable, and Costing
• Good command in English, both oral and written
• Excellent interpersonal and good management skills (good leadership, teamwork, honest and integrity)
• Having experience to create and monitoring annually budget
• Will be placed at Head Office-Jakarta

Responsibility :

• Assist Accounting Manager in day to day Finance Manager
• Responsibility in timely reporting
• Prepare monthly, quartely, annual financial reports
• Checks and controls of the data supporting financial transactions (A/R & A/P, budget & expenditure, etc)
• Doing compilation/analysis of the budget

2. IT Support (Job Code : ITS)

Qualifications :

• Min D3 in IT background.
• Having experience in IT min 3 years
• Good knowledge about hardware (PC, server etc), software (generic, technic, geologist etc) and networking (LAN, V-sat)
• Good knowledge in databased network and control database system
• Able to work individual
• Able to work under pressure
• Good communication skill and fluent in english
• Having knowledge related to web site development & administration
• Willing to be located in Jakarta and travelling to site location as needed (Central Kalimantan)

Responsibilities :

• Maintain of LAN and WAN networks, systems management and support for hardware
• Maintain of internet connection, hardware maintenance, database and file maintenance, help desk and inventory.
• Responsible for the administration and technical maintenance involving companies in the distribution database system
• Remote troubleshoot issues via email / telephone by taking over control of users via LAN / WAN connections, as well as planning, coordinating and supporting business processes, systems and end-users in solving the problems they face.

3. Senior Procurement (Job Code: SPM)

Qualifications:

• Bachelor degree in Engineering / Accounting.
• Minimum 5 years experience in the same position from mining company, international company will be a plus.
• Good knowledge about material (electrical, furniture, civil, etc.)
• Good knowledge about material prices.
• Excellent skill to dealing with vendors
• Fluent in English both spoken & written.
• Good interpersonal and organizational skills.
• To be located at Head Quarter in Jakarta, willing to travelling to our job site as needed.

Responsibilities:

• Making Procurement Plan based on project needs
• Collect database of vendors.
• Tender Preparation, Evaluation and Monitor Purchase Implementation
• Monitoring purchasing & procurement process to ensure Timely and Quality Delivery

4. Land Acquisition (Job Code: LA)

Qualifications:

• Bachelor degree in Sociology / Law / Community Relations.
• Minimum 3 years experience in the same position.
• Candidates from Kalimantan Tengah will be an advantage.
• Possess good communication skills in written and spoken in interaction with the landlord or other team members and local government.
• Good negotiation skill will be highly valued.
• Willing to be located at our site in Kalimantan Tengah.
• Strong Integrity

Responsibilities:

• Acquire and deal with the landlord in our job site.
• Analyze and identify the possibility of potential problems in order to reduce the risk of law in the land acquisition activity.

5. Specific Product Marketing (Job Code: SPM)

Qualifications:

• Bachelor degree in any discipline. Mining, metallurgy, and petroleum background are preferred.
• Good knowledge about Anthracite and Pulverized Coal Injection (PCI).
• Good knowledge of smelter or metal and mineral (Mechanical planning: Iron, Steel, Nickel and Alumunium section).
• Having experience in Marketing Product Development (Metal, Mineral and Mining).
• 3 years experience in Business Development.
• Strong networking & relations with good communication skill.
• Fluent in English, able to speak Mandarin is an advantage.
• Able to work individual or as a team.
• Willing to be located in Jakarta and travelling to our customers.

Responsibilities:

• Work with management team to identify and evaluate market, new target clients.
• Work with management team to develop and implement strategic sales plan.
• Identify and evaluate spesifict new profitable business opportunities.
• Maintain an excellent client relationship with existing and potential client

6. Senior Civil Engineer (Job Code: SCE)

Qualifications:

• Bachelor Degree graduate Civil Engineers
• Minimum 5 years experience in coal mining industry
• Experience of supervision of civil works and buildings and other infrastructure, especially in the work of the project coal terminal facility or a coal processing plant, including roads, jetty, bridge, and river.
• Having good knowledge how to read and interpret correctly the images of technical designs and specifications of the work of a project, testing soil, concrete, foundation stake in the ground and in the river, construction materials and equipment to be implemented in the completion of the project work.
• Possess BOQ and execution time for the completion of a project
• Having a basic knowledge of civil, geotechnical and soil mechanics, slope stability, water management and control of technical calculations that can be implemented in the project work.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Good communication and interpersonal skill, initiative, process and result oriented, able to work under pressure.
• Highly motivated and able to work as a part of a team and individually.
• To be located at our site in Kalimantan Tengah.

Responsibilities:

• Coordinate with contractors or executing civil works associated with the work plan from the beginning to the completion of the work.
• Full control (day to day) on civil works and ensure the completion of work in accordance with design drawings, specifications, budget, schedule completion and safe.
• With the knowledge of the Superintendent, give instructions directly to the contractor or implementing civil works, in connection with the design changes, the performance of the contractor, the addition of jobs, etc.
• Inspection and testing of the completion of the civil work items, for approval and then submitted or published reports job mismatches (Non-Conforming Letter) to then do the repair by the Contractor.
• Joint examination for work progress of the contractor at the end of month or at the end of completion of the work.
• Creating reports and diaries as well as fill out the check - list according to standards of the Company, in connection with all civil works and reported to the Project Construction Superintendent

7. Supply Chain (Job Code: SC)

Qualifications:

• Must possess at least a Bachelor Degree in Mining, Geology.
• Minimum 5 years experiences in coal logistic and quality control.
• Strong network contacts & relations.
• Detersive source information.
• Strong computer skills.
• Good knowledge in coal geology.
• Good knowledge in coal sampling technique and procedure (pit and stockpile samples and disturbed or undisturbed samples).
• Good knowledge in coal quality control and quality assurance management.
• Good knowledge in stockpile management and mine geology engineering.
• Comprehensive knowledge in mining software such as Autocad, Minescape, Xpac, Minex, etc.
• Good leadership with interpersonal and organizational skills.
• Candidates from Kalimantan Tengah are preferred.
• Willing to be located at our site in Kalimantan Tengah.

Responsibilities:

• Responsible for all aspects of coal logistic activity including organization and sourcing
• Good knowledge of coal quality and sources
• Develop specific supplier solutions based on strong financing, structuring, logistic and risk mitigation capabilities.
• Prepare coal samples to analyze.
• Managed routine coal sampling and guidance services for front line people.
• Managed and supervise all the procedure needed to prevent parting and other impurities materials in pit.
• Managed and supervise all the procedure needed in stockpile activities based on stockpile.
• Assist mine geologist and all mine operation in pit.
• Assist mine mapping and exploration activities if needed.
• Monitor production activity to have good quality coal

8. HSE (Health, Safety & Environmental) Supervisor (Job Code : HSES)

Qualifications :

• Male, 25 - 35 years old.
• Bachelor degree in Mining Engineering or related discipline. GPA 2.75 / 4.00
• Minimum 5 years experience in the same position from mining company.
• Excellent understanding about Safety Analysis,
• Hold a POP Mining Indonesia competency certificate.
• Hold a K3 Umum Indonesia Competency Certificate.
• Fluent in English both spoken & written.
• Excellent experience and general knowledge on basic safety, plant safety design (in coal mining field).
• Good knowledge to monitoring all the equipments activities and its basic procedure usage
• Good leadership with interpersonal and organizational skills.
• Good knowledge in all the safety reports needed in mining field
• Willing to be located at Jakarta and travelling to our job site.
• Candidates should be from Central Kalimantan (Murung Raya districts are preferred)

Responsibilities :

• Create all the SHE programs in job site.
• Will managed all the safety activities
• Make sure all of safety programs clearly to implemented.

9. Site Accountants (Job Code : SA)

Qualifications:

• Hold Bachelor degree (S-1) in accounting or economic.
• Min. 5 years of accountings experiences.
• Good knowledge of office administration and book keeping procedures.
• Proficient in MS. office application.
• Excellent English is a must.
• Having good communication skill.
• Have pleasant personality, honest, hardworking, fast learner, work detail, energetic, self motivated and result oriented.
• Able to work individual or as a team.
• Willing to be located at site in Kalimantan Tengah.

Responsibilities:

• Verify that transactions comply with financial policies and procedures.
• Prepare, verify, and process invoices and coding payment documents.
• Data enter invoices for payment.
• Filling finance documents.
• Input all finance transaction to computer system

10. Mine Environmental (Job Code: ME)

Qualifications :

• Bachelor degree in Environment / Forestry / Agronomy or any related discipline.
• Minimum 5 years experience in the same position from mining company.
• Having AMDAL A or B Course.
• Good Knowledge to create RKTTL.
• Having knowledge environmental strategic, policies & procedures and support their implementation.
• Good knowledge in reclamation and environment protection.
• Having basic knowledge of plantation system.
• Good knowledge in waste treatment management.
• Good knowledge in all the environment regulations and its implementation.
• Good knowledge in all the environment reports needed in mining field.
• Good leadership with interpersonal and organizational skills.
• Candidates from Kalimantan Tengah are preferred.
• Willing to be located at our site in Kalimantan Tengah.

Responsibilities :

• Analyze and identify the possibility of potential environment problems to reduce the risk production activity.
• Manage all the environment activities.
• Make sure all of environmental program are implemented
